What happens to my plan if I cancel?

Your data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation. Lifetime members never lose access.

Is my data really private?

Yes. All content is encrypted with AES-256. We cannot read your letters, documents, or wishes.

How does letter delivery work?

You name a trusted executor who has the authority to trigger delivery. Date-triggered letters release automatically.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade, you only pay the difference.

What if I want a refund?

Full refund within 30 days of your first payment, no questions asked.
